Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Dyscrit! We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to cancel or return an item, we’re here to help. Here’s everything you need to know about our return and cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations

  • How to Cancel: If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Just reach out to us at support@dyscrit.com, and we’ll assist you!
  • Important Note: We may not be able to process cancellation requests if:
    • The product is already out for delivery.
  • In these cases, you can simply refuse the package at your door!

2. Return Policy

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can request a refund within 5 days of your purchase from your Dyscrit Account. After that, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must:
    • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • Have the original packaging.
    • Have the Tags attached to it.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we’d love if you could provide an unboxing video and some photos of the defect, along with the original packaging. This way, we can fix the issue effectively!
  • If you notice any damage on the package when you receive it, please mention it in the remarks while signing for delivery. This helps us claim a refund from the courier service.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct a quality check. If the item meets our return criteria, we’ll approve your refund. You can expect the refund to be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
